An EMB-CAR developed web-based system used to log and monitor visitor/client entry to the office. It is situated at the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk/Triage (PACD) area of the agency located at the ground floor of the new building. Visitors and clients must first log themselves thru the system before conducting any transaction with EMB-CAR employees and staff. This is for purposes of automation of the Client Health and Satisfaction Surveys and contact tracing if may be deemed necessary. Clients will be directed to the division/section for their transaction, after which they are required to go back to PACD to fill up the Clientele Satisfaction Form and log out.
